We were doing great things before B Corp – listening to our customers, encouraging our team to connect and support vulnerable communities and volunteer to protect the environment. But our mission is on a global journey and our commitment to achieving this is absolute – to do this we need to evolve our business and adopt a fully Earth and People-Aware culture.
Total Score: 101.4
The threshold to achieve Certified B Corp is 80 and our score places us strongly in mid ranking at our first assessment. We are restless to develop in areas where we know we can contribute even further. Ever higher scores isn’t what this is about though – it’s about demonstrating our positive impact on communities, staff and the environment.
Climate Change is transforming and accelerating the environmental risks that affect our land, property and communities. We help property professionals make sense of how both the history of the land and its exposure to present and future threats including flooding, subsidence and contaminated land could impact on their clients’ enjoyment or value from their home or business. We make information more accessible to empower positive outcomes for our climate-challenged society.
The B Corp Annual Impact Report 2023-2024 highlights our ongoing commitment to using business as a force for good.
Over the past year, we have strengthened our social and environmental initiatives, deepened our community engagement, and refined our sustainability practices to drive meaningful change.

Becoming B Corp Certified has been less about developing new ways of working or new structures in the business. It’s more about the practicality of bringing together existing themes and activities in the business, formalising where necessary with policies in order to present a coherent and connected approach to people, society and the environment.
