Groundsure Launches Knowledge Base to enhance Customer Product Support

We are pleased to announce that we have launched a comprehensive new on-line resource for our customers. Knowledge Base is a fully integrated feature on the Groundsure Website that allows you to dive deeper into our product range, data sets and training resources. 

It aims to provide more insight and tools for legal professionals, environmental consultants and land professionals so that their teams are fully up to speed on the latest enhancements, compliance requirements and product data standards. 

Users can simply tap or click on the Knowledge Base panel and search for the relevant product or resource needed. 

The tool has been spearheaded by Catherine Shiers, Head of Customer Support, who commented: 

Knowledge Base is our new customer portal, allowing you to access up to date information whenever and wherever you need. It will help streamline your access to information and allow you to provide better solutions for your clients. Information available on the portal includes user guides, client care letters, clauses, fact sheets, webinars and podcasts.

If there is something you would like to see added to the portal, then do let us know, as we are always looking to enhance it to suit all of customers’ needs.”
