We are currently recruiting for the following roles:

Senior GIS Technician 

We are looking for a Senior GIS Technician to join our well established GIS team.

The role will primarily involve the management and update of data from a magnitude of data providers.

The successful candidate will support the ongoing maintenance, update and creation of vast amounts of spatial data, GIS and data management applications and processes. They will ensure our data requirements are met on a day to day basis and the accuracy/integrity of our data.

Environmental Consultant 

Groundsure is recruiting environmental consultants to write search reports for residential and commercial property transactions. Options for full and part time working are available. You can have just graduated or have previous environmental experience to join us. The role includes writing and reviewing reports, supporting our clients with queries arising from reports and contributing to the wider Groundsure team.

The team is based in Brighton, although we operate in a hybrid working policy that blends work from office and from home. We have a flexible approach to work with some of our staff choosing to work part time.

We are looking for people who enjoy working in a team environment and with clients to provide them with the best solutions. You will have an eye for detail as well as excellent written and verbal skills. You will have a degree in an environmentally related subject and a general understanding of current environmental legislation and other guidance that applies to property transactions and development.
