We are currently recruiting for the following roles:

Consultancy Projects Manager

We are looking for an experienced contaminated land specialist with some environmental auditor skills to manage our Consultancy Projects team. The role will involve the management and development of a small team delivering follow on assessments to resolve issues identified in Search reports. We also provide Phase 1 contaminated land reports to developers. In addition, the role includes being an active member of Groundsure's management team and providing technical support to our sales and marketing teams.

Graduate and Junior Environmental Consultants 

Groundsure is recruiting environmental consultants to write search reports for residential and commercial property transactions. Options for full and part time working are available. You can have just graduated or have previous environmental experience to join us. The role includes writing and reviewing reports, supporting our clients with queries arising from reports and contributing to the wider Groundsure team.

The team is based in Brighton, although we operate in a hybrid working policy that blends work from office and from home. We have a flexible approach to work with some of our staff choosing to work part time.

We are looking for people who enjoy working in a team environment and with clients to provide them with the best solutions. You will have an eye for detail as well as excellent written and verbal skills. You will have a degree in an environmentally related subject and a general understanding of current environmental legislation and other guidance that applies to property transactions and development.
