Software Developer

We are hiring a software Developer to join our team. The role is to design, develop, and implement complex software solutions, leveraging expertise and experience in programming languages, architecture, and best practices. Not only producing high-quality code but also playing a role in guiding junior developers, participating in architectural discussions, and making decisions to ensure the delivery of scalable, maintainable, and efficient software applications.

Strategic Account Manager – Searches

We are hiring a Strategic Account Manager to be fully accountable for an allocated number of clients within GB to drive customer retention, new business, up-selling opportunities and increase overall product penetration. To take full responsibility for your targets with the Head of Channel and ensure your agreed strategy and plans exceed these expectations. To collaborate closely with all teams at Groundsure to ensure an exceptional customer journey for your clients.

What is your on-boarding process for new employees?

From day one the Groundsure team will support you and help settle you into your new role. You’ll be on-boarded with key departments and teams and get a thorough understanding of the business. You’ll meet the full leadership team in the ‘new starter lunch’ and get the opportunity to speak with the team. We support you individually with the equipment and tools that you’ll need for your role.
