People Development Lead

The role

We are looking for a motivated and people-focused People Development Lead to join our HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about learning, development and employee engagement, and is looking to build their career as a people specialist.

In this developmental specialist role, you will help shape and deliver practical people development initiatives that build capability across the organisation. You’ll work closely with employees and managers to support career growth, enhance the employee experience and provide valuable people insights that help inform business decisions.

Head of Technology

The role:

Lead the organisation’s technology function, providing strategic and operational leadership across engineering, architecture, platforms, security and technology operations.

Ensure technology investments, systems and capabilities support business objectives, product strategy and future growth while maintaining high standards of reliability, security and engineering excellence.

Drive technical excellence, engineering efficiency, platform reliability and continuous improvement, ensuring technology is used effectively to deliver value for customers, colleagues and the business.

What is your on-boarding process for new employees?

From day one the Groundsure team will support you and help settle you into your new role. You’ll be on-boarded with key departments and teams and get a thorough understanding of the business. You’ll meet the full leadership team in the ‘new starter lunch’ and get the opportunity to speak with the team. We support you individually with the equipment and tools that you’ll need for your role.
