A must-attend event of the real-estate, property and infrastructure industry, UKREiiF keeps growing in reputation and in size every year.
After going as attendees in 2024 and meeting useful contacts, we’ve decided to get even more involved this year and are proud to announce we will be hosting our very first networking event at UKREiiF 2025 as part of the Fringe programme.
This is a great opportunity for us to connect with UKREiiF attendees, meet some new contacts as well as catch up with existing clients.
Our event will take place on Wednesday 21st May from 17:00 to 19:00 at North Bar – Aire Park, just a few minutes walk away from the main event.

This event is also a chance for you to hear from our two guest speakers who kindly accepted to support this networking session.
Claire Petricca-Riding, Partner and National Head of Planning and Environmental Law at Irwin Mitchell, will give a short presentation on: Future impacts to development sites and viability.
Lauren Hart and Helen Burke from the British Geological Survey will talk about ‘How can Geological hazards affect your property and infrastructure?‘.
