Simplification and efficiency

We recently switched to ordering Groundsure Review as standard on our commercial real estate acquisitions. We find that the combination of having multiple risks covered in one report, the coloured-coded flagging of key points at the front of the report and the ease by which you can switch between multiple risks with one click greatly simplifies for our lawyers the process of due diligence and reporting to clients. We also find that having Groundsure’s ClimateIndex™ as standard is the most efficient way to comply with the new Law Society guidance on climate change risk.
