The Consultancy Projects team provide clients who are transacting property with an end to end service, to help them understand uncertainty that could impact the value of their site. The projects team identifies and provides a budget quantification of these issues which are raised by Groundsure search reports. The Projects team provide a tailored response to gain intelligence to enabled an informed procurement decision. The services offered includes operational assessments or full Phase 1, Preliminary Risk Assessment.
For clients with larger portfolios of sites, projects offer a Preliminary Environmental Risk Screening (PERS) service to assist in identifying sites that are more likely to be of concern. This can be tailored to the client’s risk profile, so please contact us for further details.
The team also work with developers looking to ensure that their development is suitable for use and therefore compliant with the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) and any planning conditions that may be imposed. Not only do we provide non-intrusive reports we also work with partners to provide specialise services in contaminated land including ground investigation, flood risk, acoustics and ecological assessment.
