Welcome to a new session of Groundsure Cornwall Women in Property.
We pride ourselves in providing easygoing, in-person events bringing together women working across property, lending and the wider built environment.
Date & Venue
Our second session of 2026 will take place on Thursday 16th June at The Falmouth Hotel.
Guest Speakers
Join us to learn from our two guest speakers, Rhiannon Llewellyn, Director and Sophie Lang, Director, at Lang Llewellyn & Co.
Sophie Lang (F.A.R.L.A) Rhiannon Llewellyn (F.A.R.L.A)
Sophie and Rhiannon are the founders of Lang Llewellyn & Co, alongside associated branches RPM in St Austell and Parkes & Pearn in Liskeard. Collectively, they oversee a substantial residential portfolio across Cornwall, with a reputation for a direct, compliance-focused approach to lettings and estate agency.
With deep experience in residential lettings, portfolio management and landlord strategy, they work closely with landlords, investors and buyers navigating a fast-changing regulatory environment. Their insight comes from being on the front line, managing tenancies, advising clients and dealing with the day-to-day realities of legislation in practice.
Topic
On the Front Line of the Renters’ Rights Act: What It Really Means for Landlords, Investors & Buyers
Sophie and Rhiannon will bring a clear, grounded perspective on what the Renters’ Rights Act actually means for the market, cutting through theory to focus on the real impact for landlords and investors.
