Terms and Conditions
1. The Promoter of the prize draw is Groundsure Limited with company number 03421028 and registered office address Nile House, Nile Street, Brighton, England, BN1 1HW (the “Promoter”).
2. Upon user registration in accordance with clause 3, the purchase of a Groundsure Insight PDF and subsequent access to Groundsure Explorer via the Insights Platform (“Registered User”), a Registered User shall be automatically entered into the prize draw. All activities must be submitted via https://insights.groundsure.io/
3. To qualify for entry, a Registered User must:
• have their own username/email address that states their own name. Generic usernames that contain (but are not limited to) words such as admin, info, accounts, will not be eligible;
• be one natural individual and not companies or shared accounts (the reason for this is due to identifying winners);
• be opted in to receive marketing communications from the Promoter; and
• have a full name and email address attributed to the account which can be updated via settings or requested through the account management team. All entries without a full name and valid email address will be invalid.
4. The prize draw will be open from 11am on Monday 1st December 2025 and will close at 4pm on Friday 12th December 2025 (the “Closing Date”). Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
5. The winner of the prize draw will receive a luxury Christmas Hamper worth £100 (the “Prize”).
6. The winner will be drawn at random performed by entry number assigned by computer process on Wednesday, 17th December 2025 (the “Draw Date”) from all entries received by the Closing Date.
7. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, not for resale and no cash alternative is offered.
8. This prize draw is open to all residents of the UK (excluding residents of Northern Ireland), aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter or its holding, group or subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else professionally or directly associated with the draw.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
10. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted by the entrant as final and that the entrant agrees to abide by these rules. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of
the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
11. By entering the prize draw, the entrant warrants that all information submitted is true, current, and complete. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
12. Should any client not wish to participate, they will need to email us at marketing@groundsure.com prior to the Draw Date. You must opt out no later than the Draw Date to be excluded from the prize draw. If you opt out after this and there is a delay in processing your opt out request, we may not be able to exclude you from this prize draw. If you win, you can refuse to accept your prize in which case we will draw a new winner in accordance with clause 8 If you opt out of this prize draw, this doesn’t opt you out of other types of prize draws and competitions.
13. The winner will be contacted and notified by email or telephone (using the details provided at entry) by the Promoter within 24 hours of the Draw Date. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner, or should the winner be unable to accept the prize before 5pm on 18th December 2025 the Promoter
reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
14. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the prize draw or as a result of accepting any prize. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any technical, hardware or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable connections which may limit or prohibit an eligible entrant’s ability to participate in the prize draw by way of user registration. If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when on the Promoter’s platform, the Promoter does not take any responsibility for incomplete purchases and any incomplete purchases will not be considered valid for subsequent entries into the prize draw. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any purchases which are not completed for any reason.
15. The winner may be required to participate in publicity.
16. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion may be passed on to third party suppliers as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize.
17. Use of personal data received by the Promoter in the course of running the prize draw is subject to the privacy policy available to view on the Promoter’s website at www.groundsure.com
18. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion hold, void, cancel, suspend, vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
19. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of
the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
20. The prize draw will be governed by English law, and entrants to the prize draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
