It was a pleasure to see so many familiar faces at this year’s British Conveyancing Awards – it was a magical evening from the start. Congratulations to all the winners recognised for the hard work and positive impact they continue to make across the industry.
On Thursday 12th March, we kicked-off Groundsure’s 25th anniversary celebrations as headline sponsor of the awards, held at the stunning Grade I listed Manchester Cathedral. With over 400 conveyancers and professionals in attendance the evening was hosted by TV impressionist Jon Culshaw.

This marked our fourth consecutive year as headline sponsors and this year we returned to an exciting new venue, which included the immersive Luminescence world of sound and light (a wonderful surprise!). The evening marked the first year that The British Conveyancing Awards had been hosted outside of London.
The event celebrated the achievements of individuals and firms who go above and beyond for their clients, while continuing to adapt and lead in changing times. It was also a special moment to recognise the achievements of the conveyancing community – many of whom Groundsure have proudly worked alongside for the past 25-years.
