My firm has been using Groundsure products, including the Homebuyers, Avista and Screening for a number of years, and with good reason. The products provide excellent value for money. They are clear and easy to understand without diluting the quality and amount of information provided. They are easy to navigate around, they satisfy our due diligence requirements with regards to the Law Society warning card on contaminated land and the recent practice note regarding climate change, and the requirements of the Lenders Handbook. They also provide direct access to the consultants who are always willing to talk to you or the client to discuss any concerns arising from the reports. I have always found purchasing clients find the reports to be informative and helpful.
