We achieved B Corp Certification in September 2023 – having completed the certification journey. From the first measurements of social and environmental performance, to further improving our impact, we’re fully committed.
As sustainable innovators, we’re aligned to the B Corp mission of using business to be a force for good. We do this in many ways – with our mission, our vision and our goals.
Achieving B Corp Certification requires an attainment score of 80. Our Impact Score of 101.4 places us strongly in mid ranking at our first assessment. Median scoring for ordinary businesses who complete the assessment is 50.9. We’re committed to developing further.
Governance evaluates our overall mission and engagement around our social and environmental impacts, ethics and transparency.
Workers evaluate our contributions to our employees’ financial security, health & safety wellness, career development and engagement.
Community evaluates our engagement with and impact on the communities in which we operate, hire and source from.
Environment evaluates our overall environmental management practices, plus the impact on the air, climate, water, land and biodiversity.
Customers evaluate a company’s stewardship through the quality of the products and services, ethical marketing, data privacy, security and feedback channels.
Identifies potential sensitive industries, practices, outcomes or fines/sanctions of a company that aren’t explicitly called out in the remaining assessment.

The development of the standards for B Corp Certification are overseen by B Lab’s independent Standards Advisory Council. B Corp Certification is administered by B Lab Global.
Currently, there are 10,000+ across 163+ industries, in more than 103 countries.
Companies must score at least 80 points on the B Impact Assessment and provide documentation or other evidence to support and verify their responses. They are also required to meet the B Corp Legal Requirements by amending their Articles of Association to formally commit to considering the impact of their decisions on all stakeholders, not just shareholders. In addition, companies must pay certification fees, which are calculated based on their annual revenue.
