GroundSure Training and CPD Presentations
GroundSure has been accredited by the Law Society as a provider of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to Solicitors. GroundSure offers training presentations and workshops covering Environmental Due Diligence and Reporting.
The aim of the CPD is to offer supporting information and advice on the implications of current environmental legislation (England, Wales and Scotland) on property conveyancing and to highlight possible solutions.
As part of the seminar, we hold a helpful question and answer session, which covers the following topics; the Law Society Warning Card, Contaminated Land – what it is and who pays, Current and Pending Legal Framework, Part IIA, Environmental Reporting for Home Information Packs and Case Studies.
The CPD is presented by a qualified and expert member of GroundSure and lasts for 1 hour, providing 1 Law Society accredited CPD point.
