GroundSure launches Floodview a commercial property flood risk assessment

GroundSure is very pleased to announce the launch of a brand new report designed to assist solicitors and other property professionals in determining risks associated with flooding with regard to commercial property.

GroundSure Floodview is designed to provide a clear and concise view on the risks presented by a range of flooding variables with clear, plain English guidance in a user friendly format.

Included within the report is data relating to:

• Environment Agency fluvial and tidal flooding
• Environment Agency historical flooding events
• Environment Agency flood defences and areas benefiting from flood defences
• Environment Agency NaFRA data - providing a view on the likely insurability with regard to flood risk
• British Geological Survey groundwater flooding
• British Geological Survey geological indicators of historical flooding
• Surface water (pluvial) flooding - including clear indication of flood water depth from JBA Associates
• Dam failure information from JBA Consulting

GroundSure Floodview will be available on a one day turnaround basis for commercial properties in England and Wales from Monday 22 March 2010.
