Following upon the success of The Coal Authority’s Enviro All-in-One residential search launched in 2010, the Coal Authority has developed a similar product for the commercial property market – Commercial Enviro-All-In-One .

Commercial Enviro All-in-One includes the Coal Authority’s non-residential coal and brine mining report with a specialist environmental screening report from GroundSure covering, historical land use, fluvial flooding (England and Wales), natural subsidence hazards and contaminated land risk.
