Residential Environmental Report for Scotland
The GroundSure Home Environmental is a fully interpreted and risk-rated screening report designed to satisfy the needs of residential property sellers and purchasers in Scotland with regard to Contaminated Land (Part II A Environmental Protection Act 1990).
GroundSure IEMA accredited environmental consultants provide interpreted data within the report and issue a certificate stating Passed or In Need of Further Assessment. Passed indicates there is not a 'High Potential Risk' that the Site will be identified as Contaminated Land under the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and In Need of Further Assessment indicates a need for further action.
In addition to contaminated land, the GroundSure Home Environmental covers natural hazards and additional factors including, flood risk, flood insurability verdict, natural ground subsidence assessment, coal mining screening and shallow mining assessment.
